Burst Pipes

During the winter season it is a time to be prepared to help prevent the freezing and burst pipe problem. To lag external pipes with insulating material in preparation for winter is a good idea. To have your central heating on low during the times you sometimes do not require heating is also a good way in the prevention of burst pipes and to also know where your stop cock is located so water can be turned off in an emergency is crucial.             Contact us

Roof Inspection

To check your roof has no leakage, check from the road side or go up into your loft to see if daylight is seeping through.

However, lead flashings, valleys etc. would need checking externally. These can become blocked over the autumn/winter period from dirt, mud, fallen leafs etc. and this will need to be unblocked in order for the lease of rain water which flows from your roof into these valleys and back trays.

• Keep you Paint Roller soft and reusable by washing thoroughly and wrapping in a plastic bag.
